Celebrating 127 years in 2020 - Organized in 1893 holding services by 1894. Founded by the families of local Swedish settlers Andrew Berggren, Anton Clark & John Christopher. The original name was New Gottland Swedish Evangelical Mission Church as the Covenant was then known as “mission friends”.
A church family where many descendants of the original founders still attend -- plus new members come to fellowship and grow in the love of the living Lord. We enjoy a perfect blend of tradition and exciting new growth -- we welcome you to join us!

Sunday school classes for all ages are held every Sunday morning from 9:45 - 10:45am.
Sunday morning worship services are at 11am and include singing traditional hymns, prayer, fun children's time and Bible based messages.
It is a well-known fact throughout the community that this church has excellent cooks who really enjoy using their talents at monthly dinners, potlucks, and events throughout the year.
